Some jurisdictions only have the foggy mirror test to become a Warden or Master.
Question, do you confer the PM degree on non WMs or can only PMs be a Warden? I haven't heard of that requirement before.

Not really! I'm not sure if maybe English isn't his first language or what, but his syntax, or lack thereof, is hard to follow. I was going by some of his other posts saying something about how no man can make someone a Mason or something in assuming he might not be from mainstream Masonry or...
So by your own admission you are not a Freemason, raised in a Regular, or even Regular but Unrecognized, Grand Lodge. Then how are you going to lecture us on how we are doing Freemasonry incorrectly from the outside? Maybe if you provided the texts you're quoting from so we can understand...
Going to go with Brother Glen on this one. Another cash grab purporting to sell you the wisdom of the ancients found nowhere else!

If you want to effect real change in your Lodge the best route would have been to accept the JW appointment. (Which seems odd to me as every jurisdiction I have been in the Master and Wardens are elected) You really only have two options here, take a leadership role and be the change you want...
If you're a Mason looking to visit a foreign Lodge, your first contact should always be your own Grand Lodge Secretary. If you are asking how to join, you will need to find a Lodge where you live and ask them. We cannot help you in either situation.
That would imply that a person is not permitted to change religions in their life. People grow and change and sometimes the religion they are raised with no longer makes sense to them any longer so they look for answers elsewhere.

While Wikipedia is generally considered a horrible research tool it does serve as an excellent resource when looking into a new topic. Especially for topics like this that have such a wealth of information available. The problem you will encounter most in studying the Poor Fellow Soldiers of...
Who chartered your Grand Lodge? Do you have individual lodges under that grand lodge? As far as SOGLIA, that's what came up in an internet search. If your lodge isn't part of it, then another lodge is using your name. Seems to be a lot of irregularities here.
MW Abraham Grand Lodge AF&AM is part of SOGLIA, correct? If I am not mistaken, that entire organization is not recognized by either mainstream Freemasonry or PHA and considered illegitimate. Some of the other Brothers here may be able to shed more light but I do not know much more than that...
You need to contact the local Lodge where you live. Only they can evaluate you, we can't do that here in an online setting.

Osamazx, be very careful about giving your contact info to anyone you meet online. The user Southern Eagle is not known here and they appear to have made just one post, to ask for your mobile number which is highly suspicious.
