I wrestled for a full season when I was a freshman in high school. Made it through about 2 months of wrestling my sophomore year when I nearly had my arm ripped out of my socket (literally, I saw the x-ray...it was a severe separation that was less than 1 inch from being a full dislocation)...

I'm diabetic, so a low carb diet is all I can eat now. I feel better when I avoid carbs, so I do :-)

I think the only evidence you have is that some people can memorize things and repeat them in public better than others. The real deciding factor between good ritual and bad is the dedication level of the brothers (and some ability to memorize and repeat in public---which can be overcome by LOTS...

A month ago I petitioned to be re-affiliated as a Mason after I demised in good standing in 2004. Last night, I was voted into my lodge! Now, to re-learn the work and become an active member again!

Even though I haven't been affiliated with a Lodge that whole time (that should change at the next stated meeting), I was raised in 1997.
