May I suggest that you contact whatever chapter you began the process with, so that they can contact a chapter on your behalf in the jurisdiction you are in now.

I notice that your book has copyright in 2012 from what I can see. I will certainly make effort to obtain your book, but it shows me that there are those of us who clearly have similar thought...
