Brief History of High-Degree Masonry; Law Enforcement and Masonry; Freemasonry and the Presidency; Sacred Geometry; The Parallel Lines; Clandestine, Spurious, and Bogus Masonry; Edinburgh Register House Manuscript. Those are ones that I've presented that are extensive enough that I have PowerPoints to use with them. I've done literally dozens of short ones, and a favorite is Masonic Jeopardy, where each question/answer can be an opportunity for a mini-education talk, either by having the person who answered correctly expand a little when I can see that few knew about the topic, or I do when no one knows.

Two things Id love to read/see those PPs and 2) Masonic Jepordy? that sounds like an awesome idea! Does it need to be tyled? I feel like some of those questions/answers would need to be tyled? Could you give me some of the questions that you used?

My lodge Initiated three new EAs last spring and as we always open and work in the 1st Degree they will be present at our September meeting. I have been asked to do a short presentation going over the Opening and Closing and explaining 'lodge etiquette' that they should be aware of.

The most interesting to me were the history of Freemasonry (several) and the possible relationship of Freemasonry and the Knights Templar.

I sometimes speak in lodge on educations stuff, but often do it as rehearsal so folk know why they are doing what the are doing... but I once got some notice on it, we have a line "more honourable than the garter" and I picked it and put the line into the context of the Order of the Garter - it was short and really interesting.. and I learned something when researching it.. what was cool was the way there is a ceremony for removing the Order's holder's Banner from church when they have fallen into disgrace, the (non-masonic) stewards kick the banner out of the church..

Some of my PowerPoints are probably too large to be emailed, as I embed video clips in some of them, etc. We can talk.
As far as Jeopardy, some of my Q/A boards can only be done in a tyled lodge, some I've put together for general audiences. For example, next week I'm doing a presentation for a lodge in southeast Minnesota's annual table lodge. Spouses, and possibly some guests, will be there (Minnesota's table lodge ritual is designed to be public.) I offered them the choice of the Sacred Geometry presentation or Jeopardy, and they thought Jeopardy would be more fun. So, between now and then, I'll make sure I have the boards ready for a general audience. I use the "BYOJeopardy software, which is a free download, to make up the games.
In the interest of full disclosure, the Parallel Lines presentation I got from my high-school classmate, who just happens to be the Chairman of the Education Committee for the Grand Lodge of Illinois. The rest I put together myself.

We have had many presentations over the years but one of my most memorable was the "Pink Apron Degree" presented by the OES. It is a humorous skit depicting what the women think happens at a lodge meeting. I laughed so hard my sides hurt for a week.
Others have been History of Freemasonry, Active Shooters, War Hero's that were masons, Famous Masons and many others.

There is a book titled "Born in Blood" where the author makes some very interesting points in this regard. It's a very interesting read.
It is entertaining, but sadly not factual
