Thank You for the help.
Also, when I send payment, how do I determine what amount to send? Specifically, should I send all years of back-dues AND a reinstatement fee? I've also been told in the past that when paying back-dues, to only pay the yearly annual dues that are due immediately (1 years worth) and the reinstatement fee and not to pay for prior years for which you were inactive or under suspension for non-payment of dues. I've never been told I have been suspended for non-payment, however I would assume that I have been considering how long it has been. I'm assuming the obvious answer to this question is to pay ALL back dues.....In other words, the yearly dues are $120/yr. I know I have not paid dues for 5 years (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015). That's $120 x 5 = $600. However, I've also been informed there are reinstatement fees for anyone requesting 'reinstatement'. Am I obligated to pay a 'reinstatement' fee?
