I bought a book at HPB that is called "The Rosicrucian Christian Lectures". I haven't had time to do more than skim it, but it looks promising.

2 - yes it is. At least in most all jurisdictions. Well depends on what you define as "sensitive issues".

Your petition and admittance into the SR is predicated upon blue lodge membership so one might assume that you are also under blue lodge jurisdiction even while at a SR function. Similar to if I go out I state am I still bound under my GL laws even if they contradict the jurisdiction I am...
I've always thought it is either not masonically lawful or bad etiquette (I forget which) to wear the apron outside the lodge unless granted special dispensation. I could be totally wrong on that though.

I'm curious as to what they find so "disgusting" about the craft. History channel brainwashing? Stories of bad apples that are present in every organization? Secrecy?

Yah, how does that affect us in states that don't have PHA visitation? Like SR allows it, but the GL does not. Am I barred from SR visitation if the GL bars it?

True. Corrected if I'm wrong, but the "blue book" cipher is not authorized in any official sense so much as it is no longer a masonic offense to possess it.
