I looked myself and now I am curious. It doesn't seem it is still a working Lodge but appears to have left almost a non existent footprint on the digital record.
Not every jurisdiction has the same workings and we don't even know what Grand Lodge you are in. This is something you should really be getting from your Lodge or District leadership.

It's jurisdictional. Many Grand Lodges say no outright to petitioners with felony convictions. But I have heard mention of some that will take the nature of the crime into account and weigh it against how the individual has lived since.
What do you mean by "arched"? That may be a jurisdictional term to you that I am not familiar with. Does your GL have any printed material that explains the officer positions?
