    How would you handle it?

That's probably what I would have done. Your PM is about as close to "whispering good counsel" as one can get. It's disappointing to see people who represent themselves as masons acting in such a manner. I don't suspect you'll hear back from him at all, he knows you're right.

    College of the Consistory

Well, I just completed the Lodge of Perfection packet for the College of the Consistory, and I'll be mailing it out tomorrow morning. Just one more MCI quiz left to go, which should arrive any day now. I'll probably jump on MCII pretty quick, so I'm not jumping around in the material for my...

    Masonic Cemeteries

My grandfather was buried in the NE corner of the masonic section of the local cemetery. It's set up with a big marble bible on a marble altar and 3 big marble chairs, just like a lodge room. It always moves me when I get to go visit him (the grave is over 600 miles from my home). thanks for...

    Brother Richard Dreyfuss

My thoughts exactly. Part of the reason we memorize our work is so that we ALWAYS have it handy to study and review as we need. The most rewarding thing for me, masonically, is drawing new connections with the ancient material I've learned.

    Master Craftsman Program

I just finished up MC I quiz 5. I've had all but 2 questions answered for over a week. Those last 2 were hard to find. I remembered reading about them, but the reading for the 31st and 32nd is like 200 pages... So needless to say I had to re-read to find out where the points of Rendezvous for...

    ring ceramony???

some people do that. I saw a Father raising his son once, who presented his son a MM ring after all the ceremonies were finished. I didn't have a ceremony about my ring. I just bought one after my degree and wore it. In hindsight, I'd have liked it if my parents could have presented me with my...

    meetings

well, each lodge does it's own schedule. Some don't meet on Tuesdays at all. There are Daylight lodges, that generally meet in the mornings. Sometimes it can be hard to find a lodge that meets when we're available. In other areas, there may be one or more lodges meeting every night of the week.
