Agreed! The Worshipful Brother was nice enough to mail you a signed copy of a work that he poured his heart and soul into. It's only right he is compensated for his hard work and his trust in mailing out the books before he received payment.
I have the book and enjoyed it so much I would pay...
I have a signed copy of the actual book and have had the pleasure of meeting Bro. Cliff and hearing him speak. Buy the book, read it, and recommend it. It is that good.
Also, if anyone will be in the PA area on October 29, Bro. Cliff will be speaking at the PA Academy of Masonic Knowledge in...
Thanks for the advice, Bro. Singleton. The funny part is, I don't overdo my Masonic membership. I have more than ample time to do other things. I just chose to spend that free time in ways that don't involve getting smashed. So my friends, who are confused as to why I don't want to go drinking...
I ran into a situation regarding my Masonic membership and I just wanted to see if any of you have experienced similar situations and how you handled it. Here's the story:
I received text messages from a few of my friends last night telling me they are disappointed in me that I ditched my "real...
In my opinion, brothers that I know and have watched me grow up are held with much more esteem in my heart than the men that received me in chapter, regardless of their titles.
Best of luck on your York Rite journey. The Royal Arch Degree is quite remarkable.

Brethren,
I had such an awesome day yesterday, I had to share it on here.
I became a Royal Arch Mason yesterday in about the grandest fashion possible. I had the Honorary Degree of Mark Master Mason conferred upon me in a working stone quarry by the most recent Right Worshipful Past Grand...
Bro.
What was your motivation for joining, if you don't mind me asking? You seem to be very "scared" and "frightened" by the state of the Fraternity.
I think a point that is missed here is that Freemasonry is not about getting as many members as we can. It is a way of life that is taught...
Bro. David,
I understand your defense of the Commanderies but to say that the Blue Lodges are unnecessary is quite extreme. If it wasn't for the blue lodge, there would be no candidates for the appendant bodies.
And to Bro. Cliff's point, I believe a return to traditional practice in the Blue...
Bro. Andrew,
I am going to try and make it. If I can take a half day that Friday, I will more than likely make it. I was actually at the GW Memorial a few weeks ago. What a beautiful Masonic building. I would love to make a visit to a Stated or Called meeting of AW22 sometime as well to witness...
Good luck with the process. Believe me, becoming a Mason is a life changing event you will never forget. Keep us posted on your progress. If you have trouble finding a lodge, I'm sure there are several brothers on this forum that can point you in the right direction.

Bro. Andrew, I recently had the pleasure of reading Observing The Craft. It's about time somebody wrote a book about the return to basic Masonic practices and, my favorite part, the huge importance of Blue Lodge Freemasonry many brothers tend to forget about in this age of Appendant Bodies and...
It is the start the whole new way of looking at life. Embrace every moment and learn as much as you can about the EA before your Fellow Craft. Then do the same go your MM. Please let us know your thoughts on the degree.

Brethren,
I am serving on my first investigation committee tomorrow night. I am very excited as I feel it is one of the most important duties to be tasked with within our Fraternity.
I was wondering, what are some good questions to ask? I know some of the basics but I am looking for some...
