You're suffering from the same problem many others suffer from. You're confusing Masonry with Freemasonry. If you had studied the trivium sufficiently, you would know the two words take their meaning from how they are used within context.

You can go to any craft store and buy a pin backing. Simply take the pin backing and either glue, or use a self adhesive to connect the pin to your name badge.

If you mean that you are born again through some religious faith, AND be a Freemason, yes, unless that faith prohibits affiliation with Freemasonry.
