It works the Swedish rite and seems to give the first three.

We had a group of Norwegian Brothers come by my Mother Lodge a few years back, they were doing the Route 66 trip.

No, but he did bring a lodge banner for the table which he gifted to us.... he was a lovely man, and its always great to host visitors from overseas
