To those of you who own your building and allow other bodies to meet there, what do they pay you?

We rent. $150.00 monthly. A great bargain.
Rumor has it that it is going up next year.

Our OES Chapter meets in our lodge, and pays a token $150 a year for rent. The lodge owns the building.
