My personal chamber of reflection has always been some alone time in mother nature, either in the woods or on the water.

I keep one in my pocket.


Seriously, I have a CoR coin I was gifted. It makes a good focus when I need a moment. Otherwise I meditate when and where I can, and like Joe I enjoy escaping into the woods, lagoons, or beach to clear the head and reflect.
