Masonic Pincers?

Unless I am mistaken, are these Pincers?
I found this on a Fellow Craft carpet.

Is there supposed to be an image attached? Not sure what you mean by "pincers" without a visual.

The artist included a lesson form a different degree so I'll call this detail a mistake for an FC tracing board.

Not all versions of the ritual mention metallurgy in that other degree, nor do they all mention music at the same point. I've always liked the combination and think of the rhythmic ringing of the hammer and anvil as one form of music.
