I've been in the culinary industry for about 10 years now. I briefly attended culinary school in 2011 before traveling the country to in search for my passion.
My wife and I recently discussed me traveling away from home for a few months to pursue an apprenticeship in the brewing/distilling field. I aspire to be on a level of the highland distillers in Scotland. I've got to start somewhere. I just need to figure out where.
