Hello,

I was a member of this site back when it was Texas Masons. I was fortunate to be able to discuss Free Masonry with Blake when the website first started. I decided not to pursue being a mason as I had just graduated college. I ended up going back a couple of times and completing multiple degrees. Now I feel like I have the funds and time to explore freemasonry further. I currently live in Amarillo, TX and noticed we have 2 lodges here. The website for these lodges seems to be abandoned, so it is hard to note what times people are meeting. I would like to know if anyone on this site is a member of either lodge so I can see which one best fits my personality. This way I can introduce myself and put the time in to submit a petition. I would appreciate it if anyone is a part of these lodges or can give me information on these lodges. We are also fortunate to have one in the next town, but I would rather stay with our two in town if possible.

The San Jacinto and Palo Duro Lodges here in Amarillo. I know each lodge has their own personality, so just trying to figure out which one best suits me.

There are four lodges in Amarillo, meeting in two buildings: Amarillo and San Jacinto on 10th; Hanford and Palo Duro on Polk.
The links should provide you more current meeting time and contact information:
