The attachment worked for me, and it's a fascinating piece of history. Have you hypotheses why Prince Hall is particularly beset by this problem?
My hypothesis: Given the wider distribution of "mainstream" Freemasonry, it could be much more difficult for a bogus group to set itself up in direct competition against one of the state Grand Lodges. Of course, that is just a hypothesis.
It opened fine for me, but I have Adobe Acrobat. Great presentation, especially the defining of what is regular as well as what is irregular. It was good to see who is behind some of the history of bogus masonic groups.
