Grand Lodge Law specifically covers mostly what a Lodge or a Brother may or may not do, is this a good thing for individual Lodges or should Lodges have most of the power, & limit GL to major state wide laws?

How many GL jurisdictions have you visited? Studing circumambulation, I realized we do this in a clockwise motion and after looking the word up in the glossary in the Monitor it specifically states in Texas we move clockwise and I was wondering does any other GL go Counter-clockwise?
