Does Grand Lodge Law Help or Hurt Individual Lodges?

Grand Lodge Law specifically covers mostly what a Lodge or a Brother may or may not do, is this a good thing for individual Lodges or should Lodges have most of the power, & limit GL to major state wide laws?

    The practice of circumambulation

Thus, this rite of circumambulation has the respectability of antiquity, and means far, far more than it appears; it is not done to "give time" for a passage from Scripture nor to "take time" because there is nothing else to do. It is a reminder to Freemasons that God can best be worshipped by...

What Grand Lodge Jurisdictions have you visited & do they go Clockwise?

How many GL jurisdictions have you visited? Studing circumambulation, I realized we do this in a clockwise motion and after looking the word up in the glossary in the Monitor it specifically states in Texas we move clockwise and I was wondering does any other GL go Counter-clockwise?

    Conspiracies

LMAO, I cannot wait to become upper echelon in Masonry. I was wondering if this story could be true, I know denouncing Masonry does not cure cancer, but I think the mind can play a major role in the cureing process. Cancer is wicked and bad and I hope and pray none of us ever get the wickedness...

    King Hiram if Tyre

The Phoenician King Hiram, was no dought a genius but he was also truly inspired with the most exalted ideas of our Divine Creator. One of the many thing that strikes me about this design of King Hiram's, is that once it began wasting and deteariating away it still was in harmony with nature let...

    Corn in a new Light

anothre tid bit I found that impressed me. CORN.(2) This seemingly insignificant "ear of corn" is, however a most important facet of Freemasonry. Let us establish at the outset however, that corn in this instance means "grain" or more specifically "wheat". Not only is it an important facet of...
