I attended a called meeting with the Right Worshipful this morning and, as always, I considered it a pleasure. Each time he took my arm in the west I thought of how I would treasure that feeling all the years of my life. Love the old master very much.
And, I am truly impressed...
Brother Bill, when did you folks receive your copy? Neither of my blue lodges have received copied to date. I was working an EA degree this morning at one and the Secretary verified that he was still waiting for receipt.
They are. But some feel they have no place on the candidates statement of availability. That was the stance until recently. I suppose it has something to do with meeting upon the square.
Being an educated, experienced man who toils in several community activities, I don't suppose I feel...
Oops! I'd like to attend a weekend reunion in Austin some day. But I'll be in Tuscaloosa for the Alabama-LSU game that weekend. And ... I'm pretty happy I was able to get those tickets.

Agreed LukeD. Masonry is like any large family. There are good and bad times ... mostly good.
And then, there are those magic times that shake you to the core. We're so lucky to have this mystique tie.

Give a few of the more progressive lodges here in Houston a try. The first of which come to mind are Jacques DeMolay and Gray Lodge. Personally, I'd be damn proud of my wife and children, no matter the race. And, I suspect you feel the very same way.
