To the original poster, do you mean a Lodge for military officers or for those who are citizens of Iraq? As far as a military Lodge, most are Prince Hall, but creating something like a Grand Lodge of Iraq would probably be extremely difficult. Hopefully one day.

I'd like to know what the deal is. I've personally contacted BOTH Grand Masters of Texas, and neither will respond. I guess both are content living in a world we where recognize each other as regular Masons, but heaven forbid we actually sit in Lodge and labor together.
Jumping in late to the discussion. I believe there is racism on both sides, or at least a sense of mistrust in legitimate PHA organizations. As far as clandestine lodges, they are problems we all face.
