I am completely opposed to it - in the Blue, York and SR -
I went through BL fairly quickly, without strict requirements for proficiency and I had to learn it on my own and fast since I travel.
In SR it was 1 day, terminal degrees only - retained 2-3% - again had to (and am continuing)...
Corky and Blake do awesome jobs - 15??? I only have 5 or 6 Masonic ones to do that that is enough for me.

Yes Sir it is very dangerous, very heavily patrolled, we had two people from the Solstice family killed there last year and one flip the year before.

Chapter fees were increased at Grand Chapter - the Grand Council had no such resolution. Accordingly the fees (minimums) were changed only for Chapters. Our fees are separate for Chapter Council and Commandery.
PM Schubert dropped the working tools of this life on March 3rd while traveling in Europe. His funeral will be tomorrow at 3:30 at Mt Olivet in Ft Worth.
He was WM of Cooke-Peavey 1162 for the 2007-2008 Masonic Year and was our installed JD.

Yesterday I learned my cousin died - he had been sick and battled hard for some time. It still does not relieve the pain. He was a PM former DDGM; 50 Year and a Good Man. He was one of the reasons I am a Mason today. If you don't mind say a prayer or two for the family of Brother James Loy...
