    Masonic Werewolves

Yes. You read the title correctly! This book, more of a short story I think, popped up on my recommendations today and for $5 I couldn't resist...

    Skull and crossbones in S&C

That's unfortunate. It's a powerful ceremony that makes a lasting impression on the candidate. But I am sure they have their reasons.

    Skull and crossbones in S&C

For us it is mostly found in jewelry and such. Since we meet old style without an official lodge building, rather on the upper floor of a private dinner club, we don't have any of the normal trappings you see around lodges today. For any ritual items used during meetings or degrees, we use what...

    Skull and crossbones in S&C

My EC Lodge still uses the symbol. I think it means more to Lodges that use a Chamber of Reflection. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

    Skull and crossbones in S&C

I'm curious as well if this is the case. Regardless of the symbolism. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

    Skull and crossbones in S&C

Or the skull and crossbones in Freemasonry represents exactly what we teach that it means, a memento mori. A remembrance of death. No need to confuse such a simple and elegant symbol. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

    Hey

Ahmed, if you are looking to join Freemasonry in Egypt I don't think we can help. As far as I know, the situation has not improved there. Others may be able to shed light if the attitude towards Freemasonry in Egypt has changed...

How to join in Abu Dhabi

Without a radical shift in ideology in predominantly Muslim countries I would say Freemasonry will remain closed there for the foreseeable future. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

How to join in Abu Dhabi

Unless things have changed recently, Freemasonry is still not welcome in the United Arab Emirates.

    Changed office last night!

Congrats Worshipful! Horeb Lodge, that's in Lincoln, right? I'm originally from Waterville though I live in the Sunshine State now.

    Hello...i'm from malaysia....pls can i join

You're in luck since Malaysia is one of the very few Muslim countries where it is still legal to become a Freemason. There are Masonic lodges in all states in Malaysia except Terengganu, Kelantan and Perlis. The largest lodge in Malaysia will be located in Bukit Jalil. We cannot help you join...

    Tracing Board

Look at some of the very nice commercial tracing boards out there and see if the emblems match your ritual. My EC Lodge uses tracing boards and I believe it makes a much better impression as a teaching tool during the degrees than a powerpoint or slide show...

    Masonic lodge in Qatar location?

Unless things have changed recently there is no regular Masonic Lodges in Qatar. The only ones I have heard of are PHA Lodges on US military installations. Supposedly, Qatar is one of the countries in that region that is not well disposed towards Freemasonry. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

    Garbage Pail Kids Masonic Cards

The 1980's were a strange time. And one of those oddities was a series of collectable cards called Garbage Pail Kids. Seriously, if you've never heard of them, go look them up. Topps, in their infinite wisdom, is releasing a 35th anniversary set this year and I noticed a couple cards that the...

    Greetings from Merseyside

Freemasonry is never welcome in communist countries. It looks like Saigon Lodge closed in 1975 and now meets in the Philippines. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
