If I'm not mistaken some southern states are now starting to recognize PHA.(if not all by now) I know personally that TN does and a couple of others here in the south.

Same here bro. Vincent I've only been told by other brothers that there is no connection between us and them. And I've never researched it either.
I do feel that the issue should be recognized and addressed. That is very misleading in every way!

Yes that's true. But once your raised you will have a mental checklist in your head along with many questions you can ask a person and You'll know exactly if he's a worthy brother or not.
