After the 1st and 2nd degree there is a Q and A....Is there one after the 3rd degree or are you a MM at that point?

This week I have passed from EA to FC .I have been presented with more information to add to what I received as an EA. How do I apply what I have learned or what I am learning? Do I have to wait until I am a MM before I can apply my knowledge?

I just completed my 2 nd Degree work.Wow! I now understand why all the studying was/is so important. I am motivated to apply what is now in front of me even more. I can't imagine anything that could be better than being brought to light twice.Enough said.
