I am not a member but will join soon. My wife was just initiated last week and I will petition in a couple months. I think with all the issues today with our youth being raised by single parents (mother or father) and the other being absent from the scene, we need this more than ever. How nice...
My wife was initiated Thursday. She was really blown away by how attentive everyone was down to the smallest detail. She was asked by the lady who will be WP next year to be Martha for Her. My wife's Mother and Grand mother were named Martha so she feels very connected to Martha in the Bible. I...
Our lodge meets once a month every month. We have practice every other week except around Christmas Eve and New years Eve past they fell on our practice nights so we all spent it with our family's. We have a policy that rather than not come to lodge because you are not properly attired, Show up...
Any Brothers on here a member of one of the Arlington Texas Lodges? My brother is thinking about joining this wonderful fraternity and lives in Arlington. I was looking into Arlington 438. Any nearby I am advising him to look at a few and see where he feels he fits in.
Wow that is big. I thought I was maybe starting to big but maybe its not. I just cant decide between N and O. I want to start with 4x8 set up and then add to it if I am allowed by the boss of this house LOL.
What scale do you have? I have always wanted to get myself a starter set and build up a mock up of Silverton to Durango line complete with a galloping goose.
I was Initiated and passed alone. I was raised with another Brother. The team did part 1 and part 2 individually and then they did the rest with us together. I have seen the EA and FC done with two men But it is always the same. With the main part to include the obligation done individually and...
This is something I couldn't find in Law book
So the next question would be if you are under the GLOT and not paid up in FEB. and go visit a lodge with in Texas where you have not been before and don't know anyone. Would you be grated visitation privileges or would you be told you need to get...

Thank You Brothers. I told my wife I will join after she gets in and she can sign for me. That way she will learn what she has to and then she can teach it to me when the time comes. Very excited for her. Her Aunt was a 30yr OES and her Uncle was a 50yr+ Mason. She had a lot of respect for both...
Hello Everyone
My wife just petitioned the Eastern Star Floresville chapter 271. She is very excited. Her friend told here who her Investigating committee is and we know 2 of them. I haven't seen her this excited about something in a few years. It sure is nice to see.
In my area it says it is still on. The CBS Sunday morning show description at 8 am central time says something like Nelson Mandela Freemasons and something else.
I was told to save my presented apron for funerals and outside of your lodge functions were you need your own apron. I can have a custom apron made for these times but it must be basically the same as I was presented. Once I serve in the east I will be allowed a Past Master Apron and our lodge...
