Here is my honest and unpopular opinion. It would depend on the Felony for me. If it involved moral turpitude, then absolutely not. If it does not involve (my definition) of moral turpitude then I'd consider it.

We've had our lodge vandalize once in the last 20 years or so. Someone spray painted "Fuck Satan" on the rear wall of our lodge. I felt we should have painted underneath it, "We concur."
Being from state to state, the respective Grand Lodges would have to get involved on this one. I bet it would be GM's discretion.

Some Christians take the Bible literally, some don't. The Pope, for example, has stated that Genesis is probably allegorical. Most liberal sects of Christianity don't take all of it literally, and I'd venture to say, most conservative sects do. It all depends on what flavor you prefer.
