At my lodge we are pretty lax, no shorts or flip flops definitely. Most of our officers wear suits or at least a shirt and tie to meetings. There is no requirement; it's just done b/c exactly like is said previously in other posts. Now I will say this; I wear slacks and a button up shirt...
