Both. Most Brothers wear their personal aprons for special events. Things like funerals, rededications of their vows, raising of family members and close friends, et al. Each lodge has an apron cabinet that Brethren use to cloth themselves for lodge meetings.

Very often. I enjoy fellowship with my fellow masons. This is an enriching experience that is all to often missed by most of the members of the craft.
One of those wages of masonry, so to speak.
If you don't travel much do yourself a favor and get out more. It will enrich your life.
Excellent! Too often I have met well educated "technicians" who never addressed the subject. Thusly, they still fall prey to the same unsound arguments that sway the masses. A man who learns the humanities frees himself and, by extension, mankind.

I have met several dear friends through this website. Brothers I have met personally with and Brothers who enjoy getting together at Grand Lodge, Scottish Rite meetings, and blue lodge meetings here in Houston.
I am also proud to have met my fellow eight original Bridge Builders Brothers...
