Im sorry that i was not clear in my question, Let me try this again... How about only one Black Cube {Vote} to reject an applicant for the degrees, or do you prefer the way it is now.
Yes each lodge has the ability to waive any brothers DUES. But in turn still owes the GLOT its annual returns which are now $25 per member not counting 50 year members etc etc. Maybe the GLOT will waive the $25 dollars if contacted by the lodge secretary Of this i dont know.

I am currently the JW and hopefully in a couple of years a Voting member of GL of Texas.
I do believe that this resolution would pass the grand west if presented.
I would like to see the GL of Texas Waive the annual returns for any mason serving his country over seas in a time of war. I understand that each lodge has the ability to waive that brothers dues, but in turn still owes the GL .
