It is a Masonic offense to commit electioneering. With elections taking place this month, can someone help me understand what is and isn't electioneering?
Could talking to a brother about the line be construed as a violation?
Like most brethren, I found the EA the most challenging. I had to learn how to learn mouth-to-ear which is way harder for me than any previous study experience. I had very willing and patient teachers and they prepped me for the higher degrees so the FC and MM were relatively easy.
Many in my Blue Lodge are involved in the Shrine, but for me, I enjoy learning more. So that's why I went to the Scottish Rite. It's been a great decision, I feel, as I've been heartily welcomed and I've found a place where I can continue the quest for light.

A previous poster brought up that, in Texas, the secretary of your lodge has a book of all lodges that you have fraternal relations with and can freely visit. What would be the point of putting this book together if you could just wait until you are in another jurisdiction and use this as an...
