Sorry friend. But Freemasonry is illegal in Algeria and you cannot join there. You would need to move to a country that allows Freemasonry and find a Lodge or meet Brothers in that country who might sponsor you to join. And before you ask, no, we cannot put you in contact with any Freemasons...

It's been discussed at length why many people are against it. And a Google search will return a lot of debate on the subject with the overwhelmingly majority falling in the camp that the practice has no place on discussion boards. Most internet forums outright ban necroposts in their rules...
