Yes, a real issue. GL Cuba was perceived as encouraging the clandestine group in FL. GL FL thought it had an agreement that GL Cuba would renounce the clandestine group. GL Cuba appears not to have done so.
The practical effect for most of us is nil. GL Cuba is regular, they just can't come to GL Florida's birthday party.
