Serve ware

One of our stewards mentioned that he would like to have something other than the cardboard container for the plastic serve ware. Came up with this.

Our dining room seats somewhere around 400 folks. If we're having a forum, or an Eastern Star conference, that's WAY too much silverware to wash. It was decided long ago that disposable was a better way to go. A note; our grand opening had 5,000 masons in attendance, with the expectations of around 2,000.
