I left my mother lodge about 20 years ago (demit) due to moving away from the area. I am now looking to rejoin a different lodge where I live now, just not sure where or how to start? I don't know anyone at the lodge.

It would help if you told us where you are. Your best bet would be to contact the Grand Lodge of the jurisdiction in which you reside. They'll be able to tell you what is necessary to get reinstated, and steer you to a lodge.

Is it in the same state ?

Do you have your demit record ? That is going to help.

Grand Lodges will usually have a copy of your Masonic Record, you can get it yourself, but it might just be worth picking up the phone can calling your Grand Lodge office, especially if you are looking to join in the same state.

Looks like that lodge on your profile is from Canada. http://www.ontariodistrictmasons.com/OntarioDistrictLodges.htm

If the Lodge you are looking to join is under the same Grand Lodge, that's easier than if it is not...

Sometimes you need a bit of perseverance to get your paperwork sorted, but sometimes it turns out to be super easy..

In Pennsylvania you need to contact the Secretary of your former Lodge and begin the process with him. If you don't know whom that may be, go online and find the information on the Lodge website or contact your Grand Lodge Grand Secretary's office.
