Good day Brothers,

I am based in Dubai and I wish to join a Lodge for the first time. Is there any suggestion?

What do you mean based in Dubai? Are you a resident there, is it your home? Or are you there just for work? Freemasonry is still illegal in the UAE (unless something has changed very recently) and you would have to move to a country that permits it like Lebanon or Israel.

I am a resident in here. I have no problem going regularly to Lebanon or Israel if I am accepted in any Lodge in one of those places.

Doesn't work like that. The majority of jurisdictions have residency requirements. You would have to permanently move to the place where you want to join and then live there for six months to a year or longer before starting the process with a local Lodge. And joining doesn't happen overnight, the degrees can take months or more than a year. And as there is no legitimate Lodges in UAE, if you returned home you would be alone and not participating in the Masonic community, living in a country that doesn't allow it.
