I visited : http://www.masonforum.com/viewthread/1317/ and was a long list of lodges in Lebanon that are associated with the Grand Lodge of Scotland as well as the Grand Lodge of New York and the Grand Lodge of The District of Columbia. In particular, I'll appreciate the detailed contact of:

1) Syrio-American Lodge # 1, in Beirut
2) other Lodges with operations in English
